Call Intents and Transcriptions
Spiro can extract notes and capture action items from calls or emails. For example, during a call if you say: “I’ll make a note that you need more information on the implementation process,” the Spiro Assistant will capture that note for you. Additionally, if you write a comment like, “I'll make a note to send you an email in three weeks” in an email, the Spiro Assistant will capture that and create a reminder for you.
If you’ve ever had a call with a prospect from your car or the Starbucks line, or responded to emails as you rushed through an airport, you’ll really appreciate this feature. To get started go to Settings > Spiro VoIP > Enable Call Recording. Once this is enabled, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can enable this Beta feature for your organization.

Spiro captures the transcript of entire phone conversations for Spiro VoIP users with call recording enabled and stores the transcriptions in the Timeline. Transcriptions are searchable so Managers can search to provide insight into their teams performance. Reps can also search transcriptions to recall important parts of their conversations with prospects or customers.
You can access call transcriptions in the contact's timeline, and selecting the relevant transcription:
Once you select it, you can see the transcribed message, as well as key contact info.
If you don't have call transcriptions enabled but would like to, please contact your CSM or email email@example.com
