Setting Up Voicemail Recordings for VoIP

For Individual Voicemails:

Voicemail can be set up on either the web or your mobile app under Settings. If you are having issues with this, you can email support@spiro.ai and we can configure it for you. 

For Main Phone Greeting:

If you have IVR set up for your organization, you can set up the main menu recording for when customers call your main line. Send your CSM mapping of any extensions mentioned in your recording so they can be sure they are set up correctly. Extensions can be no more than 2 digits.
