Introduction to Webhooks

Webhooks are one way that apps can send automated messages or information to other apps.  They're a simple way your online accounts can "speak" to each other and get notified automatically when something new happens.

They have a message—or payload—and are sent to a unique URL (Source).

We can use webhooks in order to track when an email campaign is opened, which campaign, and who the opener is -- and then put that info into Spiro. If you’d like to learn more about webhooks in general, check out this article from Zapier.
