Pipeline View

The Pipeline view allows Sales Reps and Managers to see a visual representation of their open pipeline by sales stage. You can filter your opportunities by any opportunity or company field, whether they are standard or custom fields.

You can access Pipeline View from the top right of the opportunities tab in Spiro.

The Pipeline view will summarize the total number of opportunities and the total dollar amount in each sales stage. You can drag and drop opportunities between stages, giving you insights into your forecast. 

The Pipeline view is also dynamic, so when you apply new filters, the total number and amount within each sales stage will be adjusted, and any sales stages that are empty will be hidden. That way you have a clean view with which to manage your pipeline. For instance, if I apply a filter called "My Open Opportunities" you can see that the closed won and closed lost sales stages are hidden because they don't apply to this filter.

To see details about the opportunity, you can click on an opportunity and a drawer will open from the right with key information that you can edit as necessary. If you want to see the full details of the opportunity, click on the DETAILS button in the bottom right.
