Set up your email signature

Overview

Users can add their own email signature into Spiro using both HTML and Text Formats. You need to use these two different options based on how your email client is configured under Settings > My Profile. We recommend keeping the default email client of Spiro so that you have a native emailing experience and can take full advantage of the HMTL signature.

HTML

If you're using the "Spiro" email client, you can customize your signature using HTML to control for font, include logos and images, and add formatting. Using this option, you can also copy and paste your signature directly from your outbox.

Text

If your email client is set to "default", you will use the "Email Signature Text" box when creating your signature. Type in whatever information you want to include in the signature, and hit save.

Note: The HMTL Signature will only work if you are using the default Spiro email client. If you choose this option, all emails will still be sent directly from your email address. The only difference is that you can compose emails from within Spiro.
