Making Email in Spiro Easier to Use

Drag and drop email attachments: You can now drag and drop a file to add it as an attachment to an email. Shout out to our friends at Wanco for the suggestion.

More draft with AI options: You can now set the tone of emails to be more creative and/or less formal. You can also have the AI suggest a subject line when composing the email draft.

Easily view email attachments: We’ve made it easier to find and view attachments to emails in Spiro.

Spiro Assistant Updates

View alerts for your entire team: Managers can now view and filter alerts that are active for a specific user or their entire team from the Spiro Assistant page. 

Focus users on higher priority tasks with alert values: The Spiro Assistant can now estimate the value of alerts based on calculations set by admins when creating Assistant Rules. Admins can choose to show values such as a customer’s average contract value to help focus users on the tasks with the largest business impact. 

Snooze assistant alerts: You can now snooze an alert for 7 days by clicking the (X) icon on an alert card so you can focus on higher priority tasks.

A few more things…

  • Email Ticket Display: For the Spiro Tickets module, email-generated tickets now display the body text of the initial email, allowing for easier issue comprehension and faster resolution.
  • Streamlined User Management: Admins can now import user lists in settings, simplifying team management and accelerating onboarding. To do this, go to Settings > User Administration > Click ‘Import Users’ under the ‘More’ dropdown button.
  • New Access Record Details Icon: When viewing a list, you will now see a magnifying glass and tooltip for accessing record details, replacing the arrow. This icon is more prominent and will streamline navigation and data retrieval.

  • Language Recognition for Transcriptions: Spiro now automatically recognizes and transcribes calls en Français or en Español.
  • Bonne nouvelle pour les utilisateurs francophones et hispanophones: le service de transcription de Spiro reconnaît maintenant automatiquement votre langue parlée et crée des transcriptions en français ou en espagnol.
  • Buena noticia para los usuarios de habla francesa y española: el servicio de transcripción de Spiro ahora reconoce automáticamente su idioma hablado y crea transcripciones en francés o en español.
  • Stay Informed with Voicemail Alerts: Receive email notifications containing a voicemail link and transcription, ensuring timely responses and better communication.
