Clear Next Steps for Calls and Meetings
If you use Spiro’s Phone App, the Spiro Notetaker, or phone connector, you'll now see AI-generated next steps right below the call summary. This helps you quickly understand what happened during the call and what needs to be done next.
New Timezone Field
We’ve added a new field to help you know the right time to call your contacts.
- For Companies: We calculate the timezone based on the zip code. You can change this manually if needed, and it won’t update unless the zip code or phone number changes.
- For Contacts: We calculate the timezone based on the area code of the contact’s phone number - if that’s blank Spiro uses the mobile phone area code. You can change this manually, and it won’t update unless a phone number changes.
Easier Logging of Activities
- Fewer Clicks: We simplified the process of logging activities. Now, you go straight to the Log Activity screen and choose the type of activity from a dropdown menu.
- Multiple Contacts: You can now link one activity to multiple contacts. This means the notes will show up under each contact selected.
Sync Contact and Company Owners
Admins can now set Spiro to automatically align the owner of all contacts at a company with the owner of the company record when the Company Owner field is updated. This helps keep everything organized . Admins can enable this in Company Settings.
*If enabled, this will retroactively update the Contact Owner of each contact record to match the Company Owner in Spiro.
Daily Reminder Emails
Spiro will now send you an email every morning with a list of all your tasks due that day. This makes it easier to keep track of your reminders.
Other Updates
- Bigger Email Window: We’ve increased the height of the email window to give you more space when writing emails.
- View Activities Easily: You can now switch between past and future activities with a simple toggle on the details pages.
- Emoji Keyboard: If you use Spiro VoIP and text from Spiro, you can now use an emoji keyboard.
- Quick Access to Collaboration Notes: Emails tagging you in a collaboration note will now link directly to the CRM mobile app.
- Collaboration Notes Roll-Up: Activity notes will now be included in the Company level summary.
- Refresh in the UI: We made further updates so that the loading animation will now trigger when users manually update fields on related entities.
