Get Answers Faster with Ask Spiro

We’ve introduced a new feature called Ask Spiro. It’s like a built-in assistant that can answer questions about your customers. For example, you can ask, “How is this customer doing?” and Spiro will give you a summary of their recent activity. Right now, Ask Spiro is only located on Company records and will be able to tell you information stored in Activities, Orders (standard orders only), Opportunities, and Contacts. This feature is still in the beta testing phase, so we're looking for your feedback to make it even better.

Easier Email Management

You now have more control over the emails you receive from Spiro. If you’re getting too many updates, you can choose to stop receiving some of them.

Updated Summary View

The Summary View has been improved with new options to make it easier to find and work with your data:

  • Filters: You can now sort and filter the information in the Summary View, just like you do in other lists.
  • Export: You can export (download) the Summary View data, and it will include the latest executive summaries.
  • Sticky Sort: When you sort columns in the list view, that order will stay the same when you switch to the Summary View.

Improvements

Easily Load Multiple Attachments

We’ve made it easier to add documents to Spiro. Now, you can drag and drop up to five files at once, saving you time and effort.

Data Collector Field Mapping Improvement

When importing data, it’s now clearer which fields need to match existing records. If your data doesn’t have a unique ID, you can create one to keep things organized.

Other Updates

  • Sales Order Summary fields can now be used to set up automated rules in the Assistant.
  • We’ve added a filter to the Opportunity Picker, so it only shows relevant options based on the record you’re viewing. You can remove the filter if you need to.
  • Setting a reminder after logging an activity is now quicker and easier.
