Ask Spiro

We’ve introduced a new feature called Ask Spiro. It’s like a built-in assistant that can answer questions about your customers. For example, you can ask, “How is this customer doing?” and Spiro will give you a summary of their recent activity.

Right now, Ask Spiro is located on Company, Contact, and Opportunity records and will be able to tell you information stored in Activities, Orders (standard orders only), Opportunities, and Contacts. This feature is still in the beta testing phase, so we're looking for your feedback to make it even better.

Ask Spiro is also available on Video Meetings if you have the Notetaker. You can ask questions like 

  • What are their pain points?
  • What do I need to do to close the deal?
  • Were they interested in buying?
