Summarization Everywhere

We’ve expanded the Executive Summaries feature. Previously, you needed to "follow" records to see an executive summary, but now, as long as there has been activity in the last week, an executive summary will automatically display.

Ask Spiro Anything on Contacts and Opportunities

We’ve added Ask Spiro functionality to the Contact and Opportunity pages. You can now ask questions directly related to the record you’re viewing. Spiro can provide insights, like how likely a deal is to close or identify your competitors!

Spiro Notetaker Updates

  • Video meetings are now associated with all the contacts that attended, whereas before, it was limited to one.
  • When drafting a recap email from a video meeting, all attendees are automatically included in the TO field, ensuring everyone gets a follow-up.

Additional Enhancements

  • Voicemail Summaries and Transcriptions: Summaries and transcriptions are now available for voicemail activities, making it easier to train reps on leaving effective voicemails.
  • Keyboard Navigation: You can now navigate Spiro using more keyboard shortcuts, even selecting values from a picklist or company picker without needing your mouse.
  • Calendar Sync: Meetings marked as “private” are now excluded from calendar sync, and meetings you decline will no longer sync to Spiro.

Admin Updates

  • Admins using Assistant Rules to send notification emails can now customize the content. When building a rule, simply edit the text in the notification box or use merge fields to create personalized emails.

  • When importing, if you have multiple documents with the same headers, you can drag and drop your CSV files and map them all at once.

  • For organizations with many custom entities, you can now toggle visibility off for the mobile app, keeping the interface more streamlined.

Public Filters Management

Admins can now edit and delete public filters, providing more control over the visibility and organization of filters.

Data Collector Summary

The Data Collector summary email will now notify you about any data collectors that are turned on but did not receive a file that day.
