Spiro Alert Center

The Alert Center was built to communicate things that are happening in Spiro that you might not be aware of.

  • Priority and General Tabs: Alerts are divided into two categories:
    • Priority: Time-sensitive notifications requiring immediate attention
    • General: Useful but non-urgent notifications.
  • Quick Filtering: Filter alerts using buttons for "Assistant Rules," "Mentions," "Reminders," and "Summaries" to tailor your view.
  • Unread Alerts: Use the "Show only unread" checkbox to focus on unviewed notifications.
  • Types of notifications you will see:

    • You are mentioned in a note on any resource
    • Someone reacts to your note
    • Someone writes a collaboration note on a record you subscribed to
    • Someone replied to a note that mentions you
    • A new record in your name now meets the criteria for an Assistant Rule
    • Someone created a reminder for you
    • You created a reminder for someone and they updated the date
    • You created a reminder for someone and they completed the reminder
    • You have the Spiro Notetaker and your summary is ready
