Spiro Alert Center Update

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the New Alert Center! While the Alert Center remains in its familiar location, it now offers enhanced functionality and organization.

  • Priority and General Tabs: Alerts are divided into two categories:
    • Priority: Time-sensitive notifications requiring immediate attention.
    • General: Useful but non-urgent notifications.
  • Quick Filtering: Filter alerts using buttons for "Mentions," "Reminders," and "Summaries" to tailor your view.
  • Unread Alerts: Use the "Show only unread" checkbox to focus on unviewed notifications.

Enhancements to the Phone App

New Communication Features:

  1. vCard Support: Send and receive virtual contact cards directly in text messages. Perfect for networking at tradeshows or sharing your new Spiro number.
  2. Video in MMS: Seamlessly send and receive videos in text messages.

Improved Call Assignment:

  • Reassign Contacts: You can now assign incoming calls to the correct contact in cases where multiple contacts share a number.

Spiro Notetaker Upgrades

Ask Spiro:

  • Now available during video calls. Ask questions such as:
    • "What were our next steps?"
    • "What are everyone’s action items?"
    • "How can I close the deal?"

Integrated Next Steps:

  • Next steps from calls are now automatically included in meeting summaries.

Convenient Scheduling:

  • Add assistant@spiro.ai to your calendar events to have Spiro Notetaker join calls (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) without manual setup during the call.

Recording Integration:

  • Share meeting recordings via shared links to include Next Steps in the follow-up email.

Other Updates

  • Campaigns on Contact Records: Easily manage campaigns directly from contact records.You’ll see a new tab at the bottom of the Contact Details page called “Campaigns” where you can quickly add contacts to multiple campaigns and mass remove them too!
  • Pipeline View: See a total count of opportunities in each pipeline column.
  • Assistant Rules for Contacts: Set rules for companies with no associated contacts.
  • Smart Tickets: Automatically create and assign tickets by forwarding emails to your support desk. Threads sync with ticket timelines for seamless updates.
