Creating meeting notes just got way easier.
We’ve introduced Create with AI in the Spiro mobile app so you can log notes and activities on the go—no typing required. Open the app, select the AI menu, speak the name of the person or company you met with, and dictate your notes. Spiro will do the rest—automatically finding the right contact, assigning the activity type, and logging everything in the right place.
You can edit anything before saving. Logging activities from your phone just became a breeze.
📄 Quotes 2.0 – Smarter Product Selection, Mass Actions & More

We’ve completely revamped the quoting experience, making it faster, easier, and more powerful—without changing the steps you already know.
➕ New Product Selection Experience
When you click Add Products, you’ll now see a searchable, filterable list of products from your Product Book. Add as many as you want by simply entering a quantity.
This new layout should look familiar if you’ve used Campaigns.
🧾 New Quotes Summary Section
We’ve moved the Summary to its own area, preparing the page for new roll-up fields and auto calculations coming soon.

💼 Reminders in the Opportunity Drawer

Reminders are now available as a tab in the Opportunity drawer. Run sales meetings right from the Opportunity list view and make updates on the fly.

If you're using the Spiro Notetaker with email notifications on, you'll now receive a summary email after each call. These include:
