Managing Assistant Rules
The Spiro Smart Assistant Rules are a no-code way for companies to customize proactive recommendations to their specific use cases. Since you can make rules targeting different parts of your organization, the list can get a bit messy. That's why we now allow you to organize the page.
Find what you're looking for
Use the search bar and filter at the top right of the screen to easily find a rule you're looking for.
Create and manage folders
You can organize your rules into folders so they're easy to manage. You can use our standard folder names or delete and rename them if you want to. In order to create a new folder, click the New button and select Create Folder.
You can change the folder a rule is assigned to by going to the rule detail page and picking the correct or different folder from the list
Delete and rename
You can delete and rename folders on the list view by clicking the 3 dots on the right hand side.
