Create with AI in the Spiro CRM app allows you to log notes and activities on the go—no typing required. Open the app, select the AI menu, speak the name of the person or company you met with, and dictate your notes. Spiro will do the rest—automatically finding the right contact, assigning the activity type, and logging everything in the right place.

You can edit anything before saving. Logging activities from your phone just became a breeze.

You can easily change the contact or company that Spiro auto assigned the note to. Just select the space in the "Related To" section, and you'll be able to associate the note or activity to a different record.

Ask Spiro

Ask Spiro is like a built-in assistant that can answer questions about your customers. For example, you can ask, “How is this customer doing?” and Spiro will give you a summary of their recent activity.

Right now, Ask Spiro is located on Company, Contact, and Opportunity records and will be able to tell you information stored in Activities, Orders (standard orders only), Opportunities, and Contacts. This feature is still in the beta testing phase, so we're looking for your feedback to make it even better.
