We’ve given Ask Spiro a major upgrade—so whether you're on a details page or reviewing a video meeting, you’ll get the insights you need faster and more clearly than ever.

  • More detailed, contextual responses that feel like you’re chatting with your own personal assistant
  • Threaded conversations keep your chats organized and easy to follow

🧠 Refreshed Ask Spiro Experience

We didn’t just make Ask Spiro smarter—we made it easier to use, too.

  • New Ask Spiro Pane: Ask Spiro now opens in a right-hand pane (instead of at the top of the screen) for a more natural chat experience.
  • Sticky settings: The pane stays closed until you refresh or open a new tab, giving you control over your workspace.
  • Chat history: You can now view, search, and keyword-filter your previous questions and answers.
  • New AI Icon: Look for the new AI icon in the top navigation to quickly reopen Ask Spiro at any time.

🧾 Redesigned Details Pages

All sections on details pages—including the Executive Summary—have a new, modern layout:

  • Cleaner sections with better contrast and easier readability
  • Persistent Executive Summary: Always visible at the top of the page and now separate from Ask Spiro
  • Ask Spiro integration: Need more insights from your summary? Click to launch Ask Spiro directly from the summary

🔍 Easier Keyword Search in Text Messages

If you use the Spiro Phone App on Android or iOS for texting, it’s now simpler to find what you need. Just type a keyword, and Spiro will search across all of your past conversations—even the really old ones.

🗓️ Focus on Past Activities

On the main Activities tab, we now default to showing only past activities—so you can focus on reviewing what’s already happened. Want to see upcoming meetings or emails? Use the Quick Filter to adjust your view.

👤 Admin Update: Reassignment Tracking

For admins managing team changes, we’ve made record transfers more transparent. When you deactivate a user and reassign their records, the Deactivated Users tab now shows exactly who received which records.
