🚀 Speed, Speed, Speed!

This release was all about boosting performance behind the scenes.

We focused on major infrastructure improvements that significantly enhance how quickly lists load, filters and searches return results, and how fast pages open. It’s all in service of one of our top priorities: performance. Expect even more improvements as we continue this work throughout the rest of the year.

But don’t worry—we didn’t just focus on speed. We also made time for some exciting quality-of-life updates. Let’s dig in.

📱 A Smarter Home Screen for CRM Mobile

We’ve streamlined your mobile workflow so you can open the app and immediately take action.

The CRM app home screen just got a major redesign—built for users on the go.

  • Global Search: Start typing as soon as you open the app to find anything in Spiro.
  • AI Action Buttons: Quickly log an activity or note with your voice, or scan a business card and let Spiro handle the data entry.
  • Focus on “Today”: Your Assistant Rules and daily reminders are now front and center. Toggle to see events on your calendar too—no extra taps needed.

🏷️ Company Picker Fields Now Include Custom IDs

If your team uses a custom ID to identify companies, you’ll now see that ID whenever you select a company. This makes it easier to find the right company and reduces confusion.

📝 View Collaboration Notes on Child Companies

In Spiro, Child Companies are the branches under a Parent Company. Now, when you look at the Parent, you’ll see the notes from all the Child records too. Everything in one place.

🤖 Assistant Rule Enhancements

Assistant Rules are auto-reminders your admin sets up in Spiro—like nudges to follow up with key accounts—that appear when needed and clear themselves once you act. And now we’ve added more flexibility to Assistant Rules:

  • Activity by Owner Only: Create rules that trigger based on activity only from the record owner, ignoring outreach from other users.
  • Always Assign to the Same User: You can now assign Assistant Rules to a specific user every time (instead of just the record owner or a user picker). Helpful for workflows that require consistent follow-up from one person.

🌐 Enhanced Data Enrichment

We’ve upgraded our data enrichment capabilities! Now Spiro will:

  • Search the web for more accurate and up-to-date contact info before filling in records.
  • Fill in phone number, address, and website info—and attempt to find contact title and email too.

Better data = better outreach = better results.
