Need to update a bunch of tickets at once? Now you can. Select several tickets and quickly change their status, assign a new owner, update priority, or delete them all at once.

When writing an email to more than one person, Spiro now shows you people from the same company first when you need to select the additional contact—making it easier to find the right person without digging.

Customize Status Definitions Across Companies, Contacts & Opportunities

You now have control over how Spiro determines when something is Stalled, Disengaged, or otherwise needs attention. These statuses used to be fixed, but now you can define the timing and criteria that fit your process.

📝 Other Updates

  • You can now add more people to an activity after it’s been created.
  • You can now share templates (for emails, texts, and campaigns) with a full group instead of picking people one at a time.
  • The Manager Summary Email now includes meetings manually marked as "Met In Person."
