Finding Exchange Server

If you are trying to connect your email to Spiro and do not know your Exchange server, here are a few ways to find it.

If you have your Exchange email set up on iPhone:

  • Go to your iPhone Settings
  • Accounts & Passwords
  • Go to your work Exchange account
  • Copy the URL in the server field

If you have your Exchange email set up on Android:

  • Go to your Apps
  • Scroll to and touch Settings
  • Go to Applications (Under Device Tab)
  • Select Email
  • Go to your work Exchange account
  • Copy the URL in the Server field

If you're using Outlook:

  • Go to File
  • Account Settings
  • Highlight the Exchange Server
  • Click Change
  • Copy the server URL

If you're using Mac Mail:

  • Click mail on the top left
  • Go to preferences
  • Go to Accounts
  • Server Settings
  • Click on "Advanced"
  • Copy the Internal Server Path URL
