Templates for Admins

As an admin, you can create email, text and campaign templates and share them with users across your organization. To get started creating a template, navigate to Settings > Templates > Email Templates where you will see options to create email, text or campaign templates to share with your team.

Once you create a template, use the dropdown list under "Share With" to choose which users should have access to the template. You can also use the "Set as Public" checkbox to automatically share the template with all users across your organization. This is particularly helpful if you regularly have new users join your company, so you won't have to remember to share that template with them.

Templates shared with users will appear in the users template section under Settings. They will also appear as an option when sending an email under the template drop down. Users can edit templates shared with them using the "Save As" function.
