Campaign Imports

Please visit here to get an overview of Spiro Campaigns. While you can not mass import campaigns into Spiro, you can mass import contacts to a specific campaign. This is helpful when making call lists for inside sales, trade-show follow-ups, or targeted regional outreach.  

Importing Contacts to a Campaign

You can just navigate to the import page and select Contacts as your entity. You should see an option to add contacts to a campaign. 

When uploading a list of contacts to a campaign you are able to import existing contacts as well as brand new contacts into a Campaign at the same time. Spiro will create a new contact record if it doesn't exist in Spiro yet and add the contacts from the list that match existing Spiro contacts to the campaign.

There is a limit of 1000 contacts per campaign in Spiro, so keep this in mind when you are importing lists. Although there is a cap per campaign, there is no limit on the amount of campaigns you can create so you can split your contacts into several campaigns.

Note: Remember to enter the contact id if the contact already exists otherwise, you will need to fill in the mandatory fields in order to create a new contact.
