Smart Assistant Rules

Overview

Spiro's Smart Assistant Rules are customizable proactive reminders designed to keep you on top of what's most important. Your company's admin can create new rules based on unique business requirements that different teams might have. If you're an admin interested in building Smart Assistant Rules for your company, you can find the guide here, or reach out to your CSM.

How do they work?

Once a rule has been created, new reminders will be created once per day if there are any records that match the rule's criteria. These reminders will show up in a separate tab on the Assistant page, as shown in the screenshot above, and each rule will have its own tab to help keep you organized.

The Smart Assistant Rule reminders are different than reminders that you create manually. When you manually create a reminder, you have to remember to mark that reminder as completed.

But the Smart Assistant Rules are constantly "listening" to what you are doing, and will automatically remove the reminder if it is no longer applicable. Let's say, for example, there is a rule that's been set up to remind you to reach out to your Tier 1 accounts once every month. You see the reminder pop up and send an email to your contact. Since Spiro is keeping track of your email, calendar meetings, calls, and texts, it immediately knows that you've reached out to your Tier 1 Account. The Assistant will know that the reminder it created is no longer relevant and will remove it. This will ensure you're always working with the most up-to-date information.

Smart, right?
