Smart Assistant Rules
Spiro's Smart Assistant Rules are customizable criteria or rules that your company's admin can set based on business requirements that different teams across your organization may have. Once these rules are set, the Spiro Assistant uses AI to analyze these rules and then sets proactive reminders to be sure you are following up when you need to be.
For example, you admin may set a rule to follow up with Tier 1 accounts once per month. Spiro will proactively analyze all Tier 1 accounts and if activity drops off after one month, the Assistant will set a reminder automatically to alert you to follow up. Since Spiro is keeping track of your email, calendar meetings, calls, and texts, it will know when you've reached out to your Tier 1 Account and automatically resolve any reminder that was created for you. This will ensure you're always working with the most up-to-date information.
You can access these Smart Assistant Rules from the Assistant tab and can use the drop down to switch between different rules and resolve reminders.
Keep in mind that the Smart Assistant Rule reminders are different than reminders that you create manually. When you manually create a reminder, you do have to remember to mark that reminder as completed. Reminders that you create can be found in the Reminders tab below the Assistant.
