Configure your VoIP settings
All Spiro users will receive a designated phone number that can be used to make calls, receive calls and text your customers directly from Spiro on the web or from the Spiro Phone app. To view your VoIP number click your name in the top right corner > Settings > Spiro Phone. You can also record a voicemail greeting from here, set up call forwarding if you want your calls forwarded to a desk or mobile phone number and enable call recording.
The advantage of using VoIP is that your calls and texts will be automatically logged for you with no data entry. A few key features:
- Each call and text is automatically logged in Spiro
- Calls can be recorded and listened to later by Sales Reps for prep purposes. Calls are also transcribed for reference.
- Spiro's AI analyzes calls and automatically sets reminders and notes based on the conversation
- Incoming calls display the contact who is calling and will ring both the phone app and web interface.
- Voicemails can be listened to in Spiro, and the user will also receive an email with the voicemail.
- Users can record their own custom voicemail messages.
