Even though emails, calendar events, and calls are logged in Spiro automatically, sometimes, you may want to log something manually. Here's how to do that.
Logging Activity with Companies and Opportunities
To log activity for a company or opportunity that is not specific to a contact, first navigate to the company or opportunity page. Then, choose "Log Activity" from the menu found under the "More" button.

Logging Activity with Contacts
All the activities you log in Spiro will populate on the Timeline, which is a history of your past interactions with contacts. You can filter the timeline by type of activity, date and owner.
You can also add notes and attachments to the timeline using the "More" button at the top of the page.
If you click into the timeline on any interaction, a drawer will open with the activity details.
As you can see in the image above, a tab is entirely dedicated to activities in Spiro. Here, you can search in the search bar for different activity titles, and you can even search for keywords from the contents of an email. You can also use the filters to refine your activity search further.
