Manage Notifications
It's now easier to control how you hear from Spiro. Click your name in the top right > Settings > navigate to Notifications
You can get a mixture of popup, email, and mobile push notifications depending on the alert. Push notifications will also appear in your Alert Center.
How can I turn off all popups? or all emails?
You can quickly toggle off all of a certain type of notification by clicking on the toggle in header, next to the alert type
I want an email notification, but I'm not able to change the toggle, why?
Not all alert types have options for popup, email and mobile - we're working to make all three available for each notification type.

Custom Tab Views
Are you part of an organization that has multiple teams on Spiro? If so, there might be quite a few tabs on your page views that are completely unrelated to what you have to do each day. If this sounds like you, you might want to start hiding them with our Custom Tab View.
In order to take advantage, go to your page view and note which tabs you need to see for your job function. Click the gear icon to see a full list of tabs available
Uncheck the box next to tabs or click and drag each label, and watch them move on the screen.
To note:
- The changes you make will not impact any other users.
- If the tabs are dependent (they only show in certain cases), you will not see them if they are hidden.
- If dependent lists are visible (checked off in the list), they will still not show if the dependency rules are not met.
Create and Manage Filters
Filters are available across Spiro in any list views and allow you to set specific criteria to find data you are looking for. For example, you might want to create a filter to show reminders that are overdue or a filter for your opportunities that you are expecting to close this quarter. Filters can be saved so you can easily access again and even shared across your team by choosing "Set as public".
Navigating Drawers from List View
Spiro uses "drawers" on the list view to help you work quickly and efficiently. Drawers enable you to access multiple records in a list without leaving the page - allowing to you quickly add notes, update fields, and log activities without too many clicks.
How to access a drawer
To access a drawer, go to any of the list views and click the column with bolded text. It's usually the first column unless you or your admin moved around the columns.
Once you click on the bolded text, it will open the drawer on the right side of the screen. Here, you can edit any of the fields or use the action buttons on bottom.
How to move to the next record
When you're ready to move to the next record, you can use the carrots in the top right of the drawer to navigate. This arrows only bring you to the records that appear on the page - if there are multiple pages on the list, you'll need to move to the next page manually.
