How to Text on Web

In order to text from Spiro on the web app, you need to have an active Spiro VoIP number. If you need help setting this up, please reach out to support@spiro.ai

There are a few different ways you can initiate a text:

1) Go to the contact list view

Navigate to the contact that you want to text either by searching or filtering. Click the Contact Name in order to open the drawer, and then press the Text button at the bottom.

Choose the number you want to text and that will open the Phone App on the page where you can start typing. Press "Enter" on your keyboard or select the "Send" button.

2) Go to the contact details page

If you're on the details page of a particular contact, you can click the "Text" button on the top right of the page.

3) Open the Phone App

You can also go directly to the Phone App at any time by clicking the phone icon at the top of the page.

Click on "Messages" to see your list of conversations. Select any one to continue the conversation

You can also create a new conversation by clicking the icon in the top right on the Messages tab.
