How to email your customers

When you connect your email to Spiro, not only will all your inbound and outbound emails with customers be synced to the Activities, but you can also send emails directly from within Spiro. When emails are sent from Spiro, they will appear in your outbox in your email client. You can email any contact by clicking on their email address. You can also click the email icon near the top right hand corner of Spiro and search for the contact you are looking to email. Emailing from Spiro allows you to use templates you create or templates shared by your colleagues. You can also use Spiro's Draft with AI functionality and have Spiro generate an email for you to review and send based on criteria you set.
