Easier User Management

We’ve made managing your team even simpler! If you’re an admin, you’ll notice exciting updates to the User Administration page, including:

  • License Management – View all license types on your subscription.
  • User-Specific Add-ons – Easily see which users have add-ons like the Spiro Notetaker and Spiro Phone. You can also purchase and assign new licenses.
  • Assign Phone Numbers – Assign phone numbers directly from this screen.
  • Mass Actions – Perform actions for multiple users at once, including:
    • Assign a user group
    • Assign a role
    • Assign a manager
    • Update activity visibility
    • Enable the VoIP popup at login
    • Deactivate users

More Control Over Notifications

We’ve revamped the Notification Center to give you more control over how and when you hear from Spiro. Now you can:

  • Toggle individual alerts on/off based on category.
  • Disable all pop-up notifications with a single switch.
  • Restore default settings with one click.

We’ll continue to add new alert types—if there’s one you’d like to see, let us know!

Other Updates

New Row Density Setting

Find the list view too spaced out? Adjust the Row Density setting in your user profile:

  • Standard (default)
  • Compact (minimized spacing)
  • Comfortable (expanded spacing)

Lists in the Assistant

Now, when working in the Assistant tab, you can view custom lists without navigating away from the screen.

Drawer Navigation Enhancements

If you use drawers to view records, you’ll now see next/previous arrows—making it easy to move through records without closing the drawer.

Filter by “Following”

Do you follow important records in Spiro? Now, you can filter lists to view only the records you’re following.

Flexible Activities View

Customize your Activities list with:

  • Adjustable column widths
  • Pinning columns
  • Changing column order without affecting other users’ views

New Assistant Rule Action: Update Record Owners

Admins can now update record owners automatically using Assistant Rules. For example:

  • Change a Company Owner when specific conditions are met.
